What We Do

Real Estate

Introduction

We have a real interest in real estate, from residential to commercial, to development.

For nearly thirty years, Matthew Bruff has held qualifying and employer real estate broker licenses in Colorado and New Mexico and has successfully closed over $60M in transactions.  In addition to acquisition and disposition of real estate, we assist in acquisition financing, deal structuring, negotiation, title work, and related purchase and sale documentation.

Our multidisciplinary expertise in finance and tax law consistently provides value to our clients.  Whether guiding our clients through a 1031 exchange or assisting with the acquisition of a lower mortgage rate consistent with Fannie Mae’s property exceptions, our expertise delivers accretive value to our real estate clients to maximize financial outcomes.

With recent real estate brokerage industry landscape changes following the National Association of Realtor (NAR) and related commission settlements, it is more important than ever to have an attorney/real estate broker protecting your interests.
