Elizabeth enjoys leveraging her legal and business expertise with her strong, clear principal-based advocacy in support of both her corporate and private clients.

Introduction

Her practice primarily focuses on business, real estate, and private client services. She also enjoys her work with charitable, not-for-profit organizations. Elizabeth helps select private clients understand the application of the law to their situation while they navigate private law matters, which often overlap legal disciplines. She is a fierce advocate in support of her clients’ objectives and goals, researching and developing compelling and successful arguments for her clients. She believes deeply in the importance of meaningfully telling our clients’ stories to successfully negotiate settlements with insurance companies in tort and real estate matters.

Elizabeth is also a passionate supporter of the arts, having proudly volunteered her time and expertise on numerous art and education not-for-profit boards. Most recently with the Board of the Denver Young Artists Orchestra (DYAO), Colorado’s premier youth symphony, inspiring a love for music through its award-winning orchestral training and programming for talented young artists.

Outside of the office, Elizabeth enjoys travel, getting lost in an art museum, routinely summitting Colorado’s famous Manitou Incline and supporting her children’s burgeoning love of the arts, academia, and travel.
